How to Guide Potential Buyers In 2018

The National Association of Realtors recently released the 2018 Aspiring Home Buyers Profile. Of the non-homeowners surveyed, 46 percent were age 34 or younger, 57 percent earn less than $50,000 annually and 81 percent live in urban or suburban areas. Birthdays

 

Sometimes it seems that the more birthdays we have, the less exciting they get. Of course, the alternative to having a birthday is not at all attractive. So as we get more ‘mature,’ we can look back on the best birthdays we’ve ever had, and share the excitement with the little ones. After all, they’re always ready to celebrate and have a party, especially if it’s their birthday.

 

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish our fabulous office manager, Amber, a very happy Birthday, on November 1.  Amber actually started working with us part-time before she got out of High School. After graduating she became full-time and eventually our office manager. She now has a little one, Tanner, to help her celebrate and I’m sure they will

If you’re looking for a good local mechanic I would highly recommend Johnson Brothers Auto Repair at 352 Revere Street in Kingsport. This is a family owned business that I personally have been doing business with for over 30 years.

Mousey Johnson (Bobby Johnson Jr.) took over the business from his father Frog Johnson (Bobby Sr.) several years ago. Originally they only worked on VW’s but after Frog retired Mousey started branching out and today they’ll work on most any make or model. I met Mousey and Frog in 1980 when they rebuilt the engine in my 1969 VW Campmobile.  They are honest, and do quality work at a fair price.
